Soulfully Relaxing offers professional, therapeutic massage and esthetics services in a relaxing environment. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for all of our clients.
Our Policy
Booking Your Appointment
All appointments must be booked through our online booking site.
Appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Last-minute openings may be offered through our waitlist.
A valid credit or debit card to secure your appointment. You will receive a confirmation text and email once your appointment is successfully booked.
A 25% deposit is required for all appointments, including appointments booked through the waitlist. Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.
Deposit exceptions: A deposit is not required when redeeming a prepaid service package or gift certificate. Any additional services not covered by the package or gift certificate may require a deposit.
Waitlist appointments:
No deposit is required to join the waitlist.
If you accept an available appointment, a 25% deposit is required to secure it.
Deposit Policy
Deposits are applied towards your total service cost and are required to secure your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice, we'll transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment or refund it upon request.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your appointment are subject to a 25% late cancellation/reschedule fee based on the scheduled service price. We will apply your deposit to this fee and refund any remaining balance.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 12 hours' notice through our online booking site or by contacting Soulfully Relaxing.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your appointment are subject to a 25% fee based on the scheduled service price.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before your appointment are subject to a 25% late cancellation/reschedule fee based on the scheduled service price. We will apply your deposit to this fee and refund any remaining balance.
No-Show Policy
Clients who miss their appointment without prior notification will be charged a 50% no-show fee based on the scheduled service price.
Your deposit will be applied toward the no-show fee. Any remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.
If the card on file cannot be charged, the outstanding balance must be paid within 24 hours. Clients with unpaid balances will be unable to book future appointments until the balance is cleared.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service unless you prepaid for the appointment.
Accepted payment methods include:
Cash
Credit and debit cards
HSA and FSA cards
Venmo
If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount, as change may not be available.
Refunds are not issued for services that have already been rendered. Deposits and prepaid services are subject to the policies outlined above.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please text us at (445) 787-7543 before your appointment begins.
Our massage and facial services have a set schedule, so we're unable to offer late arrivals an extension of their scheduled appointment. The original session fee will be charged
For waxing appointments, arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to a 25% late cancellation/rescheduling fee, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Health & Wellness
New clients must complete the required wellness and service customization forms before their first appointment.
Please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
Waxing Touch-Up Policy
Soulfully Relaxing offers a two-calendar-day touch-up policy for waxing services.
If we missed unwanted hair during your service, please contact us within two calendar days of your original appointment. We will perform eligible touch-ups at no additional charge.
Professional Conduct
Soulfully Relaxing provides professional therapeutic massage and esthetics services. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Sexual comments, gestures, jokes, or requests
Attempting to touch the service provider inappropriately
If inappropriate behavior occurs, the service will end immediately. The full service fee remains due, and the client may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
Children & Pets
Please arrive alone for your appointment to fully enjoy your self-care experience.
Pets are not permitted in the studio. Clearly identified service animals are permitted.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Our booking and cancellation policies help us maintain a reliable schedule and provide the best possible experience for every client.
