Inappropriate behaviors:
Soulfully Relaxing offers professional, therapeutic massage and esthetics services for men and women.
Inappropriate behaviors will not be tolerated within our self-care studio. We will end your service immediately, and you will be banned from scheduling future appointments with Soulfully Relaxing if said behaviors occur; full service(s) payment will still be due. Inappropriate behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Making sexual comments, gestures, jokes, and requests
Requesting to be fully undraped during massage sessions
Trying to touch the licensed professional
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late, please text me at (445-787-7543) before your appointment starts.
Our massage and facial services have a set schedule, so we're unable to offer late arrivals an extension of their scheduled appointment. The original session fee will be charged.
For wax service appointments, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, we'll charge a 25% late-cancellation/reschedule fee and will need to reschedule your appointment.
No Show Policy
At Soulfully Relaxing, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. However, we ask that you call or text if you cannot keep your appointment.
Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged a 50% No Show fee for the scheduled service(s).

Soulfully Relaxing offers professional, therapeutic massage and esthetics services in a relaxing environment. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for all of our clients.
Booking your appointment:
All appointments must be booked online through our online booking site.
A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless you decide to prepay for your appointment.
You will receive a confirmation text and email once your appointment is successfully booked.
Payment Policy:

Payment can be made by cash, debit, credit card, HSA card, FSA card, or Venmo. If you have cash, please bring the exact amount you wish to pay, as change may not be available.
Payment for all services is due at the time of service.
We're unable to issue refunds once services have been rendered.
Health and Wellness:
If you're a new client to Soulfully Relaxing, you must fill out a brief wellness/massage customization form before starting your first session.
Please cancel your appointment if you are not feeling well or if you are experiencing symptoms of any contagious disease.
Wax Touch-Up Policy:
We have a 2-day touch policy at Soulfully Relaxing.
If we have failed to remove all unwanted hair from the service area, we will touch up the area at no additional charge.
The touch-up must be within 2 calendar days of the original service.
Children and Pets:
No pets are allowed into Soulfully Relaxing. Service dogs are permitted, but must be clearly marked as such.
Please come alone for your services. Soulfully Relaxing is a self-care studio for you to relax and rejuvenate.
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Your service times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 8 hours in advance, or you can do so through the online booking site.
You will receive a confirmation text and email to confirm your canceled/rescheduled appointment.
All cancellations (and reschedules) less than 8 hours in advance are subject to a 25% late cancellation/reschedule fee based upon the service(s) booked.
No Shows (Clients who miss their appointments without any prior notification) will be charged a 50% No Show fee
If the card on file cannot be charged, you must remit payment via one of the options above in our Payment Policy within 24 hours, or you will be banned from booking until the debt is cleared.
We recognize our client's time and service provider's time are valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason.
