Policy

Soulfully Relaxing provides professional and therapeutic massage and esthetics services in a relaxing environment. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for all of our clients.

 

Booking your appointment

All appointments must be booked online through our online booking site. 

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

 You will receive a confirmation text/email when you have successfully booked your massage appointment. 

 Payment Policy:

A valid credit/debit card is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

The remaining balance can be paid by debit, credit card or Venmo. If you have cash please bring the exact amount you wish to pay as change may not be available.

Payment for all services is due at the time of service.

No refunds can be given once services has been rendered. 

Esthetics services are subjected to CT sales tax

Health and Wellness:

If you're a new client to Soulfully Relaxing, you must fill out a brief wellness/massage customization form before starting your first session.

We require that you cancel your appointment if you are not feeling well or experiencing any symptoms of any contagious disease.

Wax Touch Up Policy

We have a 2 day touch policy at Soulfully Relaxing. 

If we have failed to remove all unwanted hair from the area of the service you received, we will touch up the area for you at no additional charge. The touch up must be within 2 calendar days of the original service.

 Children and Pets:

No pets are allowed into Soulfully Relaxing. Service dogs are permitted, but must be clearly marked as such.

Please come alone for your services. Soulfully Relaxing is a self-care studio for you to relax and rejuvenate. Children may not be left alone in the waiting area or are allowed in the service room.

Draping Policy:

Draping is required for massage services.

Inappropriate behaviors:

Soulfully Relaxing provides professional and therapeutic massage and esthetics services. Inappropriate behaviors will not be tolerated within our self-care studio. We will end your service immediately, and you will be banned from scheduling future appointments with Soulfully Relaxing if said behaviors occur; full service(s) payment will still be due. Inappropriate behaviors include and are not limited to: 

  1. Making sexual comments, gestures, jokes, and requests

  2. Requesting to be fully undraped during massage sessions

  3. Trying to touch the licensed professional

Cancellation Policy and Fees:

Your service times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance, or you can cancel/reschedule your appointment through the online booking site. 

You will receive a confirmation text/email to confirm your canceled/rescheduled appointment.

All cancellations (and reschedules) less than 12 hours in advance are subject to a 25% late cancellation/reschedule fee based upon the service(s) booked.

No Shows (Clients who miss their appointments without any prior notification) will be charged a 50% No Show fee

If the card on file is unable to be charged you must remit payment via one of the options above within 24hrs or be banned from booking until the debt is cleared.

We recognize our client's time and massage therapists' time are valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. 

Late Arrival Policy

All massage and facial services have a specific time schedule; therefore, we regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. The original session fee will be charged.

For wax service appointments, if you’re more than 10 min late, you will be charged the 25% late cancellation/reschedule fee and will have to reschedule your appointment.

If you are running late please text me (445-787-7543) before the start of your appointment.

No Show Policy

At Soulfully Relaxing, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. However, we ask that you call or text if you cannot keep your appointment.

Clients who miss their appointments without prior notification will be charged a 50% No Show fee of the scheduled service(s).
